He responded immediately after I sent my inquiry and was very willing to give me a second opinion. on the day of our appt, he texted me with his arrival time. Although we could not duplicate the problem, he did his best to figure out what was going on with my oven. He gave me some options; a quote that was very reasonable in comparison to the first repairman that came. The first guy wanted to charge me nearly 3x what Elisei quoted! He also gave me his honest opinion on whether to repair or replace. I will call him again in the event my other appliances need repair. Best $25 I’ve spent on a long time.”
