“RS HANDYMAN CAME TO ASSEMBLE SOME FURNITURE AND DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. He worked to unbox and assemble the pieces and completed all 5 pieces in just 2 hours. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again when I need more work done.”

“Zack is a great guy , did work and helped me put garage back together”

“The moment I requested a plumber, PPA contacted me immediately and came out the next day. The work was beyond exceptional and would recommend to anyone.”

“I very rarely post reviews for work or products. I have had little motivation to do so based on the often poor quality and reliability of general contracting work in the Ocean Pines area. But the work that I received from OC General Contracting, its owner Igor Corcinischi, and his associate George, in June 2026 was a welcome exception. Igor and George were punctual, reliable, highly skilled, creative, extremely efficient, and honest. All with very reasonable prices.During a two-week time span, Igor and George repeatedly came up with creative solutions to problems which had been deemed unfixable by prior contractors. For example, they: fashioned metal clips which enabled them to permanently reattach dozens of vertical blinds from very high windows which had repeatedly fallen down over the past several years designed and built a very attractive and utilitarian custom closet with bifold doors in a narrow bathroom corner designed and installed an extremely useful customized closet with shelves in a doorway alcove installed a safety system and wheels on a large linen and towel cabinet which allowed for movement of the cabinet, while eliminating tip-over risk designed and built an attractive and functional vented door for an indoor HVAC intake unit, which had eluded prior contractors replaced a very large and heavy marble-top vanity and resolved tricky plumbing and construction issues relating to the vanity sinkIgor and George also performed myriad other quality work, including: power washing and applying high-quality stain to a large deck and railing; replacing a ceiling fan which was installed at a very tricky angle; replacing nearly 40 kitchen cabinets handles; adjusting sliding shower doors; testing water heater elements; painting and caulking in various areas; and hanging multiple heavy mirrors and wall hangings.Equally important, their high-quality work, efficiency, and reliability almost completely eliminated the stress of arranging for and following through on multiple simultaneous projects. OC General Contracting gets the job done efficiently and correctly the first time. I feel very fortunate to have found them”
