“We had a much better experience with Gray Solutions this time around compared to some of the bigger-name companies weve used in the past. The communication felt more personal, the team was responsive, and they took the time to explain what was happening with our home throughout the process. We never felt like just another number. The work was handled professionally and efficiently, and we would definitely recommend Gray Solutions to anyone looking for a company that actually cares about the customer and the quality of the work.”

“I started in June with a national company. They did everything possible to set me back and make my value as a customer as small as possible. I had searched the internet looking for someone to help with my crumbling foundation. Once Thumbtack contacted TOP Notch, the owner contacted me and came out to estimate the crumbling foundation. In less than a week my job was completed at a fair price. Jason kept me aware of what was happening at all times. I noticed he worked his guys hard but there was always a reward at the end. Jason worked hard and these things are what make you keep your employees. Top Notch has truly been an answer to my prayers. Thank u TOP Notch!!!”
