“Your body holds the wisdom. Your energy knows the way. Your healing begins here.” Hi beautiful souls, — here is a creative soul, and an ICRT Certified Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher, energy healer, and Animal Reiki practitioner. Whether we meet in person or online via Zoom, you are welcome here exactly as you are — in strength or vulnerability, clarity or uncertainty. I see healing not as “fixing,” but as gently reconnecting you with the wholeness, light, and joy already within. Every session is approached with calm attentiveness, presence, and heart, and is intuitively guided by what you’re experiencing and what your soul is ready to receive. I blend Reiki, sound, breath, meditation, chakra work, and intuitive energy healing to create a space where your nervous system can soften, your breath can deepen, and your energy can realign naturally. If this resonates, I’d be honored to support your journey. For Animal Reiki, I work remotely via Zoom so your companion can stay relaxed in their familiar space while receiving gentle energetic support. If this resonates, I’d be honored to walk beside you as you heal, awaken, and remember your light. "It is my honor to walk beside you as you heal, awaken, and remember your light." —Monika
