“He worked hard to match our budget and our expectations. I am very happy with the result.”

“Just one example: he found a mold-like substance in the floor vents and kindly suggested we have it tested. Sure enough, unhealthy mold in a place that many would have overlooked. For the sake of my family's health I'm so glad this was located and can be mitigated before we move in.Equally thorough was Steve's discussion of the findings and his report. It included detailed videos, comments, diagrams, and images all available on a convenient web portal where one can even create a custom PDF with selected items for the Request List to the seller. In addition to his attention to detail, Steve's breadth and depth of knowledge in the various building trades were evident throughout the process. This is just the kind of person you want inspecting: knowledgeable and detail oriented. I would absolutely recommend him to a friend, and look forward to working with LaCorte Inspections in the future!”

“Jacob was very throughou with his inspection. Very nice and easy to talk to. He will show you and explain to you everything he finds during his inspection. Easy to work with and would recommend anyone looking for home inspector!”

“5/5 -- Thorough, Professional, and Genuinely HelpfulWe requested a home inspection from Sparks and couldn't be more impressed. The inspector's report was incredibly detailed: every finding was clearly described with photos, an explanation of why it matters, and a concrete next step. No vague hand-waving, just actionable information. What really set Sparks apart was how he walked us through the findings in person. He helped us distinguish between safety issues that needed immediate attention, defects that warranted specialist evaluation, and routine maintenance items we could tackle ourselves. He even explained how a handy homeowner could handle some of the simpler fixes, which saved us from unnecessary contractor calls. The report itself covered everything from roof and attic conditions to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements, in an easy to follow document. The inspector was thorough and methodical, not just checking boxes. If you're buying a home and want an inspector who will give you the full picture, not just the highlights, Sparks Inspection is the one to call. Highly recommend.”
