“Great job. Extremely thorough and explained everything”

“Jeff Doyle is the certified inspector who completed the assessment and compiled a list of needed and recommended repairs to my homes crawlspace. He too great care in learning my concerns, addressing them and explaining them fully.”

“Leonard did a great job with our pre-drywall inspection. He identified several important items that we were able to bring to the builder’s attention before the walls were closed. His report was detailed, easy to understand, and included helpful photos. He also took the time to explain his findings afterward and answered my husbands questions. Even our realtor complimented the quality and thoroughness of his work. Sabrina was also wonderful to work with throughout the process. She was very responsive, communicated clearly, and made scheduling and coordinating the inspection easy. Overall, we had a great experience with Leonard and Ellingwood Pro and would definitely recommend them, especially to anyone purchasing a new construction home.”

“Was a pleasure doing business with John from Pro Tech. Would hire again.”
