“I recently had the pleasure of working with Professional TV Mounting, and I am beyond thrilled with the service provided. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.Firstly, scheduling was a breeze. India, who answered the phone and assisted with my inquiries, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the process smooth and easy, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. The online booking process was equally seamless, with a user-friendly interface that made scheduling an appointment a simple task. When the team arrived, including the technician, George, I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They took the time to assess the space and discuss the best options for mounting my TV and fireplace, considering both aesthetics and functionality. One of the highlights of the project was the bump-out wall they built to recess the fireplace and mount the TV. The team meticulously constructed the bump-out frame, ensuring it was sturdy and perfectly aligned with my vision. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident at every step.George and the team worked diligently and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of skill and precision. They took great care to minimize any disruption to my home and cleaned up completely afterward, leaving no trace of their work except for my beautifully mounted TV and recessed fireplace. What truly sets Professional TV Mounting apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. George and the team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the placement and provided helpful tips on managing cables and optimizing my viewing experience. The wires for both the TV and fireplace were meticulously concealed, resulting in a sleek and clean look that exceeded my expectations. The final touch was the marble finish on the bump-out wall, which added a luxurious feel to the entire setup. I was absolutely amazed by the results; the finish was flawless and transformed my living room into a sophisticated and stylish space. In a world where quality service can be hard to come by, Professional TV Mounting stands out as a shining example of excellence. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and friendly TV mounting experience.Thank you, Professional TV Mounting, for transforming my living room and making my TV and fireplace the centerpiece of my home entertainment setup!”
