Two of my custom-made wooden blinds were broken and the cleaning ladies denied breaking them and stated that they were already hanging (they were not). I am leaving four stars because two weeks' after they cleaned, it is STILL immaculately clean. I did, however, have an issue with payment. My husband paid the crew directly via CashApp instead of paying the invoice that was sent to me. The business owner became very irate that this happened, and I guess were afraid that they would not get paid their money. I stayed texting with him until nearly 4 a.m. the next morning and it was an experience I would not wish on anyone. That was unprofessional and if you cannot trust your workers, that is not on the customer. At any rate, the job the ladies did was great, but would have been exceptional if the blinds weren't broken and my baseboards cleaned like I asked.”
