“I called my warranty company on Friday, March 11 to tell them that I needed my furnace service because I had no heat. The warranty company later emailed me with an appointment for the upcoming Monday that they had arranged. As soon as I got the notice I called the company that they had arranged my appointment with 3P2DHVAC to ask if it was any way possible that they could fit me in today. I had already been without heat for two days to me calling. I spoke to Phil from the company and he told me unfortunately they were booked for today but he will call me back if someone cancels. An hour and a half later Phil called me back and told me that he could fit me in today at 1 PM. I was so appreciative for him calling me back an adding me on the schedule for the day. Like I said we were without heat for two days and I have my elderly mother-in-law living with me and she had been really cold for these couple of days. Phil and his partner( I didn’t get his name) came out and did a wonderful job fixing my furnace and it took no time at all. I would definitely recommend this company if anyone needed furnace services.”

“The representative inspected the job to be done (replacing a mini-split a/c and heater) before giving an estimate. (Competitors sent an estimate before even showing up.) He understood that the old wiring and cables could be re-used and so the job was easier than thought by competitors. As a result, the estimate was lower than the competitors. The two-person team showed up on the date promised. They discovered the new unit I had purchased was a higher amperage than the one being replaced and would need to install an additional breaker for an additional $150. Even so, the total price was LESS than the competitors. They worked neatly and completed the job in about a half day. The new unit works great and I would certainly use their service again!”
