“Bright air duct was outstanding from start to finish. Tom and his team were incredibly professional during both the consultation and the installation, they explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and did the job with real attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work. Every interaction was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shawn is officially my dryer vent superhero! I honestly don’t even know where to begin because Shawn did such an amazing job! He came out to clean our dryer and dryer vent, and the entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was cleaned properly and safely. But what impressed me just as much as the quality of his work was his customer service. Shawn was incredibly friendly, respectful, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a great job, not just rushing through it and moving on to the next appointment. It’s rare to receive service so good that you remember the technician more than the company! That’s Shawn! I told him he’s officially our dryer vent guy from now on. 😂 Not that he's going to but even if he ever leaves the company he currently works for, I’d still want to continue using him wherever he goes. That’s how much I trust the quality of his work and the service he provided. If you get Shawn as your technician, you’re in GREAT hands. I would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Shawn, for doing such an awesome job and giving us some peace of mind knowing our dryer and vents are clean and safe! 10/10 service! 👏🏽”

“Technician understands his work, came on time, and did the job correctly, very satisfied with them”

“Our technician arrived on time and did a great job completing the rather monumental task of cleaning really dirty air vents and doing annual maintenance on our AC unit. Super professional and nice, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. I asked them to put a sticker on our AC unit so I'd remember who to call next year (and in case of trouble). Highly recommended.”

“The unit was installed as scheduled and is functioning well! I definitely recommend Airvo Heating and Cooling !!”

“Great service. Was able to help me with my project and made things really easy to get things done. Well worth it!”
