“The before and after photos of the ducts speak for themselves!! He also installed a UV light & got me booked up for yearly maintenance. Pricing is competitive and fair. Great company all around!”

“David answered my request very quickly with a great price for his service, was able to come and take care of the job the same day and did excellent work!”

“The installation is very clean and exterior pipes and wires are now protected from the landscapers!Kyle takes the time to explain things and has an unbelievable amount of product knowledge. He never seems like he's in a rush and never made me feel like I was bothering him with questions or concerns (like a lot of contractors do). He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.I will only be using A/C Authority for my future A/C needs!”

“Im not saying Sam is the greatest HVAC technician to ever walk the face of the Earth but Im also not NOT saying that. Its late on a Friday evening. Most normal people are heading home, cracking open a cold one, and enjoying time with their families. Not Sam. Sam apparently wakes up every morning and chooses to be an absolute LEGEND.Despite an already packed schedule, this man decided to squeeze us in, showed up with a great attitude, diagnosed the problem, and handled business like the Michael Jordan of air conditioning.Fast? Absolutely. Reliable? Without question. Knowledgeable? The man probably dreams in refrigerant pressures. Customer service? Somewhere between a five-star concierge and a superhero. In all seriousness, finding someone who genuinely cares about their work, respects your time, and goes above and beyond on a Friday evening is incredibly rare.Sam, youre an absolute rock star. This company is lucky to have you, and youve earned a customer for life.”

“They installed a dehumidifier and UV lights. I will continue to use this company for maintenance and if I have other AC needs.”
