“What really stood out was his dedication to customer service even after the installation was complete. He took the time to come back for follow-up care and made sure everything was working as expected. It’s refreshing to work with someone who not only takes pride in their work but also stands behind it. The installation turned out great, and we're extremely happy with the results. I would give Taras a 10/10 if I could! Highly recommend him to anyone considering a mini-split installation or HVAC work. Excellent service from beginning to end!”

“We live in Medinah, 60157, we had no air, air handler did not function, condenser did not function. Placed a call to True Price Inc and they sent a service technician out within a couple of hours. Technician Alex arrived and immediately started to diagnose the problem and found the solution and resolved the issue. Very fair price, and we are back up and running with the AC running cold. Alex explained everything and was very professional. If you have an HVAC issue I highly recommend you give them a call.”

“Frolkin & Sons installed my sump pump backup system, and I am very pleased with the service. Vassy, the installer, did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the installation professionally. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was cleaned up afterward, and he was friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Frolkin & Sons especially Vassy, for anyone needing sump pump or backup system installation. Thank you guys!”
