He quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the work in a timely manner. I was especially impressed with Nick's knowledge and expertise. You can tell he really knows his profession and takes pride in doing the job correctly. He was also friendly, respectful, and honest throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with his service that I have already asked him about installing a central air-conditioning system in my home, and I plan to have him do the installation. I highly recommend Nick and NK Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dependable, professional, and trustworthy HVAC service. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely use NK Heating & Cooling again. **Thanks again, Nick, for the excellent service!**”

“Rack's Heating and Air came out and walked us through what was happening, thoroughly explained our options, and promptly fixed the issues at a reasonable cost. Their attention to detail and customer service was the best that I have dealt with out of the numerous HVAC companies I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend Rack's!”
