Joyce B. says, “I immediately contacted a roofing company, and they arrived the same evening. Although they found some roof-related issues, they determined that the major leak causing water to pour onto the floor and actively leak from the ceiling was located directly beneath the HVAC unit. I was informed that the HVAC drain line could be clogged and that, if the unit had not been properly inspected and cleared during servicing, condensation could have accumulated and caused substantial water damage. I immediately contacted Chris. He stated that he could not return for two days and came back on Saturday, July 11, 2026. After I explained the situation, he advised that he had fixed the issue. However, when the roofers returned, they found additional water damage and active leaking. By that time, the ceiling had become saturated and was beginning to collapse, requiring portions of it to be cut out and removed. Chris then stated: (1) that he could not come out that day, (2) that he was only there to fix the air conditioning and that it was working with no water issues when he left, and (3) that he had completed the job several weeks earlier. These statements were concerning because he had actually serviced the units only four days before I returned to the property and because he had specifically told both my sister and me that he would need to come back and complete additional checks that he was unable to perform on July 4. It is important to note that I do not live in this home, and the homeowner remains hospitalized following a stroke. I paid Chris $600 to service two HVAC systems. As a result of this experience, I have been left dealing with missing ceilings, water-damaged flooring, and thousands of dollars in repairs. I subsequently contacted another HVAC professional who expressed shock that the drain lines and potential clogs had not been thoroughly inspected. What began as a routine service call turned into an emergency situation that resulted in extensive property damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and strongly encourage others to seek a licensed, thorough, and professional HVAC service provider.”
Brian B. says, “Fantastic Company!!”
Liesel Jacullo says, “Carolina HVAC Service & Brian in particular (our service pro), were fabulous. Our upper level AC unit started blowing hot air on Saturday evening. We called Carolina HVAC Service that evening and they apologized that they couldnt have someone out that night but they promised a service person would be there between 10-12 Sunday morning. Right in the early part of the time frame, Brian came and asked a few very distinct questions and within 5 minutes he 100% knew what our issue wasthe fan motor on our AC unit for the upstairs died. He even had the part in his van and was able to fix it very quickly! Brian was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! We couldnt ask for any better customer service and repair results! We would VERY HIGHLY Recommend Carolina HVAC Service AND BRIAN specifically! Thank you very much for the EXCELLENT service! We will definitely be calling you guys for all our HVAC needs in the future!!”
