“Mack and Kaiden (?) were good. Diagnosed the issue but they were not sure the problem was solved when they left.In this case, I have a Brookside installed humidifier (1 yr old) thats never worked quite right and hasnt worked at all this heating season. Plastic parts, imprecise design and unsure if its working correctly or not. To be determined. Service was fine, results are TBD.”

“Orien came & cleaned the unit, figured out the leak. They had to order a part. Once they received Orien promptly came back and got everything in working order with no more leak. Extremely professional and very kind. I am now on a maintenance program with Comfort Air Services so that I don't have to worry about issues in the future!”

“My A/C system suddenly stopped working after a warm day in spring. Humberto from HB development was prompt to reply to my call and diagnose the problem. He walked me through the appropriate steps to figure out the solution. He gave me appropriate recommendations and options to replace my A/C as needed. He was prompt and had great communication. During the installation of the A/C he discovered a serious issue with the heating system as well and eventually I had to replace my whole system. Even though it ended up being more labor for him, he worked with me on the price and got the system replaced promptly. He also worked to accommodate my schedule. Overall, although this was an unexpected issue, thanks to Humberto's great communication, knowledge, service, reasonable price, work hours, and flexibility this was a smooth experience. I would highly recommend Humberto and HB development. I will also be using his services to maintain my HVAC equipment going forwards.”

“I would recommend this company for HVAC service. Very happy!”
