“Marcus & Luigi did an outstanding job installing our Trane heat pump in Bothell. The installation was completed in a fast and timely manner with impressive speed and precision. They were completely transparent throughout the entire process with no hidden fees, no pressure, and no surprises. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. Workmanship is clean and the system is running perfectly. In a market full of overpriced contractors, Marcus & Luigi stand out for their honesty and fair pricing. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Bothell and Seattle area. These guys are the real deal!”

“Juan is a top-notch technician. Thorough, professional, and very personable. I request him each year for our annual ductless heat pump inspection.”

“The team took out the old rats infested insulation, found live rates, set out poison, came back a week later. % dead rats and no new droppings. They blocked the dirt area by the heat pump where the rats made entrance and installed the new insulation”

“He came out and fixed an issue I was having with a breaker the same day I put in a request. He was able to troubleshoot, buy the required parts, and install everything within less than 2 hours. The pricing was competitive and I was able to learn more about the other services offered. I look forward to working with Emerge Electrical on some home renovations.”
