She got him scheduled quickly and explained the process in a way that I could confidently repeat for my husband and friends. Nathan arrived on time, and explained what he was going to do. He asked where the vents were and got to work. Nathan patiently worked around other contractors coming and going, and even accommodated my son's nap by finding a way to work backwards through the vents. He shared before and after pictures upon job completion - the duct work looks like a new install now! This job was definitely money well spent.
