“My hypnosis sessions with Munjal were also skill learning sessions and I came away with several very powerful tools that I am now able to put to use to relax myself and go to sleep when I am anxious about not sleeping in the middle of the night. Instead of lying awake trying not to think about not being able to sleep, I will put my mind to practicing my breathing exercises and most often fall asleep in the process. I would highly recommend Munjal for anyone suffering similar problems. Steve Garrison”

“I highly recommend Belo Hypnosis for help and support in healing from trauma.”

“Yes, acupuncture can be expensive if it is not covered by your insurance. HOWEVER, HOWEVER, HOWEVER, Tara will work with your budget! Tara has that genuine desire to help people improve their quality of lives. Trust me on this! :) I really appreciate Tara for helping me find relief with my lower back pain. She carefully listened to me and created the right treatment plan for me (combination of cupping and acupuncture). I only had two sessions with her but my pain level significantly went down from like 8/10 to 4/10 (after first session) then 1/10 (after second session). I clearly remember not being able to walk properly PRIOR to meeting Tara. I was also taking steroids and muscle relaxant during that time but I believe with all my heart that the combination of AcuVitale approach and medications really sped up my process of healing! Be patient as there is no such thing as a magic pill or magic therapy that would dramatically improve things overnight. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I really like the fact that Tara also educates her clients on "quality" supplements and healthy living. She even recommended a great book to read! Ask her, if you want to find out. Sometimes, we just really need to change our lifestyle in order to have a life NOT dependent on several maintenance medications. EMBRACE WELLNESS with AcuVitale! :)”

“I worked with Belinda to overcome my fear of heights through a hypnotherapy technique over four one-hour sessions. I had used this method in the past to quit drinking, so I already knew I could respond well to subconscious influence and felt optimistic going in. Since our work together, I’ve climbed tall ladders, gone onto my roof to install Christmas lights, and even hunted from several elevated deer stands. While the stands were secure, they still wobbled—and I handled them with virtually no issue. The difference is night and day. I can fully attest to Belinda’s skill. I’m living proof that she can help you overcome real, long-standing issues. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful change, and I’ll absolutely reach out to her again in the future for other challenges I want to conquer. If this review reaches the right person, I hope it leads you to her—you won’t be disappointed.”

“I love doing hypnosis with Micah. He creates a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and skilled, and has made hypnotherapy an effective and surprisingly fun experience for me.”

“Kristiana was extremely helpful to me. I learned so much about myself and the important people in my life who have influenced me in a non-positive way. I now have a better understanding of relationships and how they can impact my life. I feel stronger about my instincts and now I will not allow other people to make me feel less than who I am. I have a better sense of self and going forward I will not let other people's shortcomings become mine. I have also learned to speak up when someone close to me says negative things about me. Their insecurities will not reflect back on me. Thank you, Kristiana.”
