Deducting a star (wish I could do a half 🤷🏼♀️) because they did take a board out that looked to hold up our washer, dryer, water heater, and boiler, and didn’t tell us. While they did say that board was doing nothing, just wish we would have known. Replacing that board with supports is almost 10k. And look, I know that board isn’t is strong or functional as the supports, but I wanted to take the bandaid off when we were ready. I’m sure we’ll get over it in another week 🤣 Also a little bummed they don’t do exterior vent covers, but we can do that ourselves. I know the system they installed covers the air and water issue with the vents and “seals” them, but I don’t want the bunnies and squirrels trying to eat their way in.”
