My first meeting was with Jeff during the in‑home estimate. He struck me as very knowledgeable and took the time to look over my attic. I hadn’t been up there in quite a while, and although the sheathing issue he pointed out was actually very noticeable once seen, I’m honestly left wondering if another vendor would have mentioned it ... or worse, if I hadn’t had an in‑home quote at all, whether another crew might have just gone ahead with the work without saying anything. Jeff didn’t know the exact cause or how to repair it, but he recommended I get it taken care of before moving forward. I really appreciated that honesty. Thankfully, the problem hadn’t caused any leaks, and I was able to work with my HOA and roofer to fix it before the insulation work began. I sometimes wonder how much of a project’s success comes down to the specific crew you get, but in my case, both the radiant barrier and insulation teams were professional, efficient, and finished the job in about two hours. One of the installers even helped me clear out old items from the attic that had been left behind by previous owners, which was a nice bonus. Since my community recently replaced our roofs, I’m hopeful that’s going to help protect the return on this investment. Time will tell, but based on the service, professionalism, and fair pricing, I’m very happy with my experience so far.
