“If you ever need an architect, go with RENDERA Design. I worked with Colby on some drawings to get a permit from the city of Glendale for some remodeling in my business. I needed city approval for a few changes, and wow, Colby made it so easy.He was super professional and actually finished the job before the deadline. Can you imagine that? I didnt have to chase him, didnt have to stresshe just got it done. Smooth communication, great work, zero drama. Highly recommended”

“Where do I begin! I was in my home for over a year and after countless designers recommending $10,000 couches, etc. I still had little to no furniture that fit and no IDEA where to begin. I got online one evening and submitted a SOS (lol) on Bark asking for help and Tiana responded within minutes! She was so helpful, reassuring and accommodating, I immediately felt in good hands! Her prices are incredibly reasonable and she works well within your budget. She's even handy and willing to pull up her sleeves and help hang artwork, etc! Fast forward several months, and I receive nothing but complements from friends, family and neighbors! I'm beyond pleased with her hard work and dedication towards making my home feel like "home" and something I'm proud of after a long day of work! I've more rooms left to do and it's without question that I will be using her skill set going forward. Thank you again Tiana!”
