“I got their recommendation from a neighbor down the street that recently had their roof done. I called BAU to get a free estimate on my back patio and a redesign of my master bathroom. We talked about my aesthetic and what I was looking for and we agreed on a price that worked in my budget. The job was started a week later and they had work being done on both at the same time. I am in love with my new bathroom. I am very into clean space that feels timeless and that I can reinvent with different textures when I get bored. I am absolutely inlove with my new back patio and bathroom!!”

“I've worked with a handful of painters over the years and have even done painting myself, so I know how hard it is to achieve a consistent good finish across walls, wood trim, ceilings! From the estimate to paint selection and the finished job, everything went smoothly. The attention to detail was excellent, the finish looks great, and they did a great job protecting our home and keeping everything clean. They only use quality paints like Behr and Sherwin-Williams, were fairly priced, and finished right on schedule. They also worked around our HOA noise hours, which we really appreciated. Great people to work with, reliable, professional, and easygoing. We’ve already booked them to come back and paint another level of our house. That's probably the best recommendation we can give”

“We hired Los Angeles Property Construction to build a security wall across the length of our property last month. They had to match the existing part of the wall that was already built and did a beautiful job matching what was already there. They even completed the entire job in even less time than they originally proposed, which was a pleasant surprise. While they were working, their team also noticed a leak coming from a hot water heater pipe outside the home and quickly proposed a solution to fix it. We never would have caught it if it wasn't for their team! Juan and Josue run a tight ship and I hope to work with them again in the near future on other projects we have in our home. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine pride in one’s work. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Reliable, courteous, and truly committed to quality. They set a high standard for what great service should be. I would gladly recommend them and hire them again.”
