“I was hesitant to use Thumbtack again because my treadmill actually stopped working after I previously hired someone through the app to move it. I decided to give it another chance and hired Anthony from Novo Gym Repair to diagnose the issue, and I’m really glad I did. Anthony was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took his time inspecting the treadmill instead of rushing through the appointment, and he explained what he was checking and what he found along the way. He was able to figure out that several wires had been cut during the move, which was ultimately what caused the treadmill to stop working. I really appreciated how thorough and transparent he was, especially after having such a frustrating experience getting to the bottom of the issue. It gave me a lot of confidence that the problem was finally diagnosed correctly. Once the replacement wires are obtained, I’ll definitely be hiring Anthony and Novo Gym Repair again to complete the repair. Highly recommend!”
