“Hunter was the first contractor to respond after I requested an estimate for tree stump removal. He was professional, straightforward, and provided a quote based on photos of our project. He was highly responsive and quick to schedule the work. On the day of service, he communicated his arrival time clearly. When we ran into unexpected complications with our soil and a stubborn root system, Hunter didn't miss a beat—he figured out a smart solution, brought in backup, and tackled the challenge head-on. They worked together seamlessly, and both were respectful, hardworking, and thorough with the cleanup. I was thoroughly impressed and happy with the final result, and I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.”

“Showed up on time and very professional and removed my junk in a very respectful manner. I will definitely utilize Max again on my next project. Thanks Max.”

“From our initial quote inquiry to final pickup, every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and quick to respond. A special shoutout to Brad, who was the driving force behind our awesome experience. He answered every question we had from start to finish with patience, clarity, and kindness. His support truly set the tone for the entire process. We also loved the protection options they offered to keep our driveway safe from the weight of the dumpster—such a thoughtful detail. And a huge thank-you to David, who dropped off and picked up the dumpster like a total pro. He navigated our tight cul-de-sac with total precision! The communication was top-notch—clear emails with a full price breakdown and all the details we needed. We’ve already recommended Upwaste to all our neighbors and friends, and we’re genuinely looking forward to another smooth process when it’s time for our next home project. Thank you, Upwaste, for having such an incredible customer service team and setting the bar high!”
