Ryan Candelaria says, “While competitors were charging daily rates, pickup and delivery fees, and then additional dump weight fees, Haul American offered a straightforward 3-day rental with a 2-ton allowance included at a very competitive price. There were no surprises or hidden charges. One thing that really stood out was their customer service. I scheduled the rental same day after being abandoned by another competitor. There was never any pressurejust genuine customer service and a willingness to earn my business. When they delivered the dumpster, they took the time to place it exactly where I wanted it, even though it required extra maneuvering on their part. They also laid boards down to protect the lawn and driveway, showing care and professionalism instead of rushing through the job.Pickup and delivery were both coordinated around my schedule. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and kept me informed throughout the process. This was especially important because the job site was over an hour away from both my location and theirs. And some companies may have charged an additional mileage fee.Another thing I appreciated was that they never asked for payment until the dumpster was delivered, positioned, and ready for use, then hauled away. Its rare these days to find a company that combines fair pricing, honest communication, punctuality, and genuine customer service. I would absolutely use Haul American dumpster rental service again and would confidently recommend them to anyone needing a roll-off dumpster.Thank you, garret and team for making the process easy and stress-free.”
