“Then, they completely emptied and drained the water from our massive, 6-person spa before removing it. It was an incredibly heavy, labor-intensive job that took a couple of hours of pure hard work, but they handled it flawlessly. What impressed me most was their attitude—they worked beautifully as a team and didn't show a single sign of frustration. On top of being total professionals, they were incredibly kind, caring, and easygoing. It genuinely felt like chatting with friends. They made a stressful job an absolute joy, and it’s clear why they own the business—their pride in their work really shows. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone! 5 stars all the way!”

“Uncle Ray bailed me out when another junk removal cancelled last minute. He was at my apartment within 2 hours to remove my livingroom furniture, so the new furniture could be delivered a few hours later. In and out in about 20 minutes and he was very careful not to do any damage to the walls.”

“Good communication and very quick same day junk removal, on time, very professional.”

“I've used the Junk Pros many times now, for office moving, junk removal, even a piano delivery! The guys are great- always punctual and communicative. Prices are reasonable and I never have to worry about something being done right and by the deadline I need. I recommend them to everyone. Also love that they are local and family-owned, not another one of those franchises or worse, the sketchy guys with a truck who will do it "cheap" but totally unprofessional with no insurance, etc. Worth it to work with a professional small business that truly cares about its customers and takes pride in their work. I also love that they work with many charities and have a focus on giving back to their community- they always donate whetever they can to the local good will or other organizations and send me back the tax-deductible receipt. Nothing but positive experiences with these guys!”

“The work quality was impressive, and they made it simple to discuss my plans and communicate clearly.”
