“Top Ten Land Services is BEYOND Outstanding! Michael contacted me after I’d been given estimates from other companies ranging from $400-$800 to spread out a dump truck load of wood chips from Chip Drop (10-12 cubic yards). Although the quote for $400 was very gracious, it was still way over our budget of $200. Instead of laughing at me, he asked the job location. It was only 9 minutes from a big project he had scheduled that day. He said he’d be happy to take care of it for us BECAUSE it was so close to his big project that day. He arrived promptly at 8:30 am, and with amazing care and skill, spread the wood chips around a large tree and dog kennel for us. He was finished and on his way by 9 am! I can’t praise Michael with Top Ten Land Services enough! Before he rescued us, we had already worked on that pile for hours manually—and hadn’t made a dent. God BLESS Top Ten. DON’T hire until you talk to Michael at Top Ten Land Services. Mrs. Sherry McIntosh”

“James came out and sent us an estimate in a very reasonable time. Also, was able to do the work not long after the estimate. He and his helper did a very thorough job replacing our very many pieces of rotten deck wood. He will be coming back in June to do the painting. All in all, we were more than happy with the experience.”

“The rates for their service was comparable to other vendors. I was mostly impressed with their efficiency and rapid response.”

“They actually answered the phone and get the job done within the timeframe. I’ll definitely be calling them for my next junk removal job.”
