And did I mention this was a third-floor apartment? They showed up with a truck and trailer, tons of energy, and one of the most pleasant attitudes you could ever ask for. They worked incredibly hard and never made any part of the job feel like too much. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful they were. They even took down my curtains and neatly packed them away for me, which was beyond what I expected and such a huge help during an already busy move. Joe and Diana were hardworking, kind, positive, and genuinely encouraging throughout the entire process. Their energy actually made a stressful day feel much more manageable.
