“Re-attaching siding and gutters, installing leaf guards, fixing the draining issues of the kitchen sink, re-hanging an interior door, bracing a sagging vanity counter, installing a new wall oven and cookstove that needed to be replaced - to name a few.All of this work was communicated and accomplished via email, photos, video chat and phone conversations. Yes, there have been misunderstandings and a deck sealer product that failed. When the old wall oven was taken out, it was discovered that the new wall oven needed more bracing for support. Now what?! That's where this company shines the brightest! Integrity and quality workmanship. The carpenter installing the oven called from the jobsite, sent photos, discussed the issue, he also had concerns about the lower oven door and the safety of the children (our grandchildren) that were discussed and resolved. We OK'ed the extra to properly brace the new oven. He finished installing the oven within an hour. We are SO thankful that the oven wasn't installed "willy-nilly, just get it in any old way and be done with it". They have already power-washed the failed deck sealer from the decks and will reschedule to re-apply. We have an issue with a concrete pad that they have agreed to replace.Premier Home Renovations does quality work and stands behind it. Their employees are qualified and professional. We give them our highest recommendation.”
