“Our project included: Removing all remaining river rock and mulch Grading the side yard Adding a flagstone landing at the bottom of the stairs Reworking large stones in the side yard Relocating existing ornamental grasses and planting new ones Installing a new irrigation system with 5 zones Sodding the rear and side yards Adding mulch around the patio and border areas The project took about a week and a half and came in at $10,900. Now, three weeks later, we couldn’t be more thrilled. The sod looks beautiful, the irrigation is working flawlessly, and the entire space feels transformed—softer, greener, and infinitely more inviting. Brady Landscaping & Construction exceeded our expectations at every step. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to quality left us confident we made the right choice. We are incredibly pleased with the results and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to turn their outdoor vision into reality. I've added a few before and after pics below.”

“I needed fence work done, and they handled it with speed, precision, and a level of professionalism that immediately stood out. The work was done quickly, stayed well within budget, and still exceeded expectations in quality. Nothing felt rushed, just efficient and dialed in. What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond in communication. Ruben took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening and why. That kind of transparency builds trust, and they earned it. This is a team that cares about their craft and their customers. I’ll absolutely be using them again, and they’ve already made a strong impression in my neighborhood. Highly recommend if you want reliable, high-quality work at a great price.”

“Diego and his crew did an excellent job of leveling my backyard and installing a French drain where the backyard was eroding from years and years of poor runoff… Will definitely hire again when I have some cash to continue fixing up my new home 🙏”

“I’ve known Aaron for many years and he’s completed many jobs for me! The last project he did for me was expand our patio by digging a larger space to place pavers, install two retaining walls, plant trees, and install a large rock stairway to the patio. I was worried about his tractor tearing up the grass but he put plywood down to drive the tractor over and after he was finished I can’t even tell where the tractor was! He even created a computer model of my idea before he started the project so I would feel comfortable that we were on the same page! He always shows up when he says he will and does great work. It’s also worth noting he also works full time as a mechanical engineer but loves excavation work, his engineering background gives him a huge leg up when it comes to his design work. 5 stars for all of his projects!”

“Gilbert was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful in all our interactions. He was responsive to all our questions and concerns. He and his team worked quickly and well, providing an excellent finished product.”

“We’re extremely happy with healthy homes. Very professional and friendly. We have had bad experiences with contractors in the past but they communicated well and showed up on time. Our backyard looks beautiful now thanks to them. I would definitely recommend them for your next landscaping project.”
