“Our project included: Removing all remaining river rock and mulch Grading the side yard Adding a flagstone landing at the bottom of the stairs Reworking large stones in the side yard Relocating existing ornamental grasses and planting new ones Installing a new irrigation system with 5 zones Sodding the rear and side yards Adding mulch around the patio and border areas The project took about a week and a half and came in at $10,900. Now, three weeks later, we couldn’t be more thrilled. The sod looks beautiful, the irrigation is working flawlessly, and the entire space feels transformed—softer, greener, and infinitely more inviting. Brady Landscaping & Construction exceeded our expectations at every step. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to quality left us confident we made the right choice. We are incredibly pleased with the results and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to turn their outdoor vision into reality. I've added a few before and after pics below.”

“I was very pleased with their work. They were extremely responsive. They did an excellent job with Leaf removal on my property. I would definitely use them in the future.”

“Got some grading and leveling done. I would have liked the dirt to not be as close to the siding as I will have to remove some dirt for appropriate spacing. He told me 3 inches should be sufficient between siding and foundation but after some research should be closer to 6 or 7 inches instead. It was definitely a tricky area to grade but wish I was recommended to remove more soil before adding any additional soil. All in all it was a good experience just need to do some additional work for better separation between the siding.”

“Bryan’s team did grading work on my lawn to drain water away from my house. The work quality is great and I’m very impressed with communication and turnaround time. Bryan was able to exchange communications with me when I was available, pulled up his timeline by 2 weeks to complete the work early when an availability came up, and landed 7 hard working people who cranked out the work in less than half a day. I appreciate that bryan confirmed the scope in the initial meeting and came early the day of to confirm before providing direction to his large team of 7! Thank you.”

“From the first meeting with Paul and Pedro, you got a feel for their knowledge and expertise on a major land grading project we needed to address. They were able to get us scheduled with a quick turn around time (two days) and not only coordinate tree removal, dumping and excavation but anything else that popped up while completing the project. Everyone on the crew played a part, worked hard and was very polite. Interacting with Paul (company owner) who was on site for majority of the project, you got a feel for the care and customer satisfaction that he strives for. This is definitely a company we would recommend for any services they handle! Their efforts did not go unnoticed as they picked up two new jobs while on our cul de sac. The icing on the cake was even after wrapping our projected one and a half day project up ahead of schedule Thursday, they swung back by Friday (while working one of the new jobs), to ensure everything was still to our standard. A1 Company and owner!”

“We had them clear out a few large garden beds and piles of dirt/weeds/rocks, and then level it all out. It would’ve taken us days, while these guys knocked it out in a few hours. We will be using them again if we have another job.”
