“Our project included: Removing all remaining river rock and mulch Grading the side yard Adding a flagstone landing at the bottom of the stairs Reworking large stones in the side yard Relocating existing ornamental grasses and planting new ones Installing a new irrigation system with 5 zones Sodding the rear and side yards Adding mulch around the patio and border areas The project took about a week and a half and came in at $10,900.
