“Got some grading and leveling done. I would have liked the dirt to not be as close to the siding as I will have to remove some dirt for appropriate spacing. He told me 3 inches should be sufficient between siding and foundation but after some research should be closer to 6 or 7 inches instead. It was definitely a tricky area to grade but wish I was recommended to remove more soil before adding any additional soil. All in all it was a good experience just need to do some additional work for better separation between the siding.”

“They built a well-constructed berm and raised the surrounding grade to divert water away from the structure. In addition, they installed a water collection box with piping to safely drain excess water away from the area. From start to finish, Jason is professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. He took the time to understand the layout of our property and designed a solution that addressed both our immediate needs and long-term drainage. The quality of work speaks for itself everything was completed on time, and the site was left clean and tidy.Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable, thoughtful excavation work!”

“Our project included: Removing all remaining river rock and mulch Grading the side yard Adding a flagstone landing at the bottom of the stairs Reworking large stones in the side yard Relocating existing ornamental grasses and planting new ones Installing a new irrigation system with 5 zones Sodding the rear and side yards Adding mulch around the patio and border areas The project took about a week and a half and came in at $10,900. Now, three weeks later, we couldn’t be more thrilled. The sod looks beautiful, the irrigation is working flawlessly, and the entire space feels transformed—softer, greener, and infinitely more inviting. Brady Landscaping & Construction exceeded our expectations at every step. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to quality left us confident we made the right choice. We are incredibly pleased with the results and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to turn their outdoor vision into reality. I've added a few before and after pics below.”

“We had them clear out a few large garden beds and piles of dirt/weeds/rocks, and then level it all out. It would’ve taken us days, while these guys knocked it out in a few hours. We will be using them again if we have another job.”

“He did everything including, but not exclusive to building a retaining wall, backfilling the backyard and leveling it out, installing a fence and gates, auditing and ensuring my aging sprinkler system is working its best by replacing and moving sprinkler heads, & installed a weed mat and crushed rock within edging. We plan on using him again and couldn’t recommend him more. I mean look at the results.”

“Ryan was great to work with. We had a smaller project that others might not have been willing to take on, but he did a great job for us.”
