“I'm giving Lucio 5 stars for the work he did. It was a small job, just filling in some dirt at the end of a new driveway, and then installing sod over it. In all honesty, he was great getting back to me when I originally asked him for a quote. He came out when other companies wouldn't, because the job was too small for them to take the time. However, after the initial communications, he was a little slow in responding to subsequent texts and/or emails. It took a couple of weeks for him to come out and do the work, but in today's world, that's probably pretty standard, or maybe even better than standard. And again, he was my third try and the first two barely gave me the time of day. So, 5 stars seems fair. And thank you Lucio for getting the job done for us.”
