“That’s when we turned to Thumbtack, reaching out to five companies and meeting with four. From the very beginning, Brady Landscaping & Construction stood out. While every vendor measured and listened, Brady went a step further. They invested more time on-site than all the others combined and took the initiative to collaborate with us—refining our vision and offering thoughtful, practical suggestions that elevated the plan. That partnership gave us the confidence that if any issues arose, they would stand by their work. We received bids ranging from $7,500 to $10,900, and ultimately chose Brady based on their professionalism, reputation, and the trust they built with us through the process. Our project included: Removing all remaining river rock and mulch Grading the side yard Adding a flagstone landing at the bottom of the stairs Reworking large stones in the side yard Relocating existing ornamental grasses and planting new ones Installing a new irrigation system with 5 zones Sodding the rear and side yards Adding mulch around the patio and border areas The project took about a week and a half and came in at $10,900. Now, three weeks later, we couldn’t be more thrilled. The sod looks beautiful, the irrigation is working flawlessly, and the entire space feels transformed—softer, greener, and infinitely more inviting. Brady Landscaping & Construction exceeded our expectations at every step. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to quality left us confident we made the right choice. We are incredibly pleased with the results and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to turn their outdoor vision into reality. I've added a few before and after pics below.”

“I received a competitive bid and they started the following day - worked 3 straight days, arrived on time, polite, cleaned up daily and completed all projects on time - very happy with their work and will re-hire in future when additional projects arise. 5 star.”

“What a great team William had. They came in a worked efficiently and got all the work done in one day. New plants and planting. Sprinkler system additions. Amazing work and yard. I will be hiring William and team in early fall”

“This company is the real deal, they are honest upfront about the costs (no hidden charges), I felt that they could be trusted to come into my home (bring a single woman, that’s a thing) and they scheduled my appointment for the next day. I would definitely hire them again for future projects!!”
