“I had a 900 ft.² backyard that was nothing but dirt, old mulch, and weeds. Mark Brady of Brady Landscaping and Construction came to my house on a Friday afternoon and gave me an estimate on the spot. He said it would take 3 days to entirely landscape my backyard and while they were at it, his guys would fix my broken fence for free. He promised to do it within my budget, which was a modest $6500. Part of our deal was I would buy the trees and shrubs myself and he would have his workers plant them and set up a drip system for irrigation. Before he left, he spotted another problem I had at the entryway to my house, one that I had not included on my initial list of things to do, and offered a smart way to fix it for a reasonable price. That convinced me. I hired them and they started the following Monday.  Well, it actually took 4 days, but guess what, it was all my fault. I added stuff to the backyard, like a second little patio and  2 sets of stairs. The workers took it in stride and by Thursday I had my dream backyard—low water/low maintenance, sturdy new stairs made of material I had on hand, plus a great new entryway patio that completely eliminated the tripping hazard at the front of my house. A month later, I still feel amazed, like I got a 900 square foot addition to my house, and somehow they did it in 4 days. BTW, the company had at least 3 other projects going at the same time and yet Mark was regularly in touch, workers were constantly on hand, and my yard was completed quickly and skillfully. They say, if you want something done right, ask the busiest person to do it. Worked for me.”

He took my scattered vision and fine tuned it to a backyard that we love and wish we would have done 10 years ago. His crew was great, fast, and cleaned up at the end of each day. His bid wasn’t the least expensive but wasn’t the most expensive either. Our job wasn’t a large one compared to his other projects but I didn’t feel second rate or neglected. We only landscaped half of our backyard and plan to use Victor again when the time comes. I also appreciate how he is mentoring his son in his business.”
