“After submitting my request for interest in my project I received a quick response via Thumbtack and then a phone call to confirm my project. They requested photos of my project and I quickly texted them. After studying my photos they submitted quotes for payment by cash and for check. We took advantage of the cash discount and scheduled a date for the work to be completed. They called an hour before their arrival on the date scheduled. I have included before and after pictures and were very pleased with results as seen in the photos. If we or anyone ever needs masonry repairs, we highly recommend Duerr Brothers!”

“I was not aware of a serious structural issue [with the top section of my chimney] until I had Rigid Rock Masonry & Construction inspect it. My first inspection was with another contractor whereas I was advised that the chimney cap should be replaced because of some cracks. However, when I contacted Rigid Rock Masonry, they took some pictures to show me that the problem was more severe, with several layers of bricks already cracked and fragmenting apart beneath the chimney cap. The ‘cap’ was the least of my problem. The major issue was the lack of structural integrity within the portion of chimney underneath the cap. Thanks to Rigid Rock Masonry and their thorough analysis, I will contract them to make the necessary repairs to my home.”

“My doorbell cameras showed the crew at work to be doing everything you'd expect of good masons. All transactions were done on a basis of mutual trust, and there were no hitches at all. Good communication was maintained and a good reliable product resulted. Highly recommend this professional.”
