“I had a major drainage issue with my bathroom sink that wasn't draining at all. The technicians from Drain Masters went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve the problem. They had to open the wall to gain access to the plumbing and spent several hours snaking and hydro jetting the line in an attempt to clear the blockage. Despite the severity of the clog, they remained persistent and professional throughout the entire process. When conventional methods didn't fully resolve the issue, they identified the underlying problem and ultimately repaired and relined the affected drain line. Multiple tests were performed upon completion to ensure proper flow and verify there were no leaks. The job was completed successfully, and the bathroom sink is now draining perfectly. I was especially impressed with their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right rather than taking shortcuts. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and budget-friendly plumbing company, I highly recommend Drain Masters. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship truly sets them apart. Thank you again for a job well done!”
