“Once he did the job survey there was multiple leaks in the drainage system and a sewer issue at my house. He was very clear on what had to be done. PVC piping had to be removed and replaced in Three sections. Some demolishing had to be performed in order to get to all of the piping which was ok with me as long as the job was done.He then finished the leak part of the job and had to return in the morning because he did not have the power snake with him to perform the sewer job... once he came back the job could not be performed because the clean out drain could not be found... this is a drain in which plumbers can easily access the sewer line system.. I recently purchased this house and they did some patch jobs in order for it to sell... part of the problem was they concreted over the drain so it was not visible to the naked eye... Ferhat had an idea the area in which it might be and said he would break-up the concrete to get to the clean out drain and brought a fuel jettison plumbing machine to complete this job . I want people to know the Ferhat went through to finish this job for me and in the process saving me thousands of dollars.. Lastly, he is very honest and admirable and takes his craft very serious I will definitely use him again the job is complete and I am very satisfied Thank-you”
