“Working with Daria as both my life coach and business coach has been genuinely transformative. She has a rare gift for seeing the whole picture, helping me grow personally while building a stronger, clearer business at the same time. Every session left me with real clarity and actionable steps, and the results have shown up in both my mindset and my bottom line. Supportive, insightful, and deeply invested in my success. I can’t recommend her enough.”

“I have been moving towards health and wellness in my life for the past few years with smoothies and learning about better nutrition. I also wanted a natural remedy to help with my anxiety. I had been using natural supplements, but the cost was not something I could keep up with every month, so I thought I would finally give it a whirl; acupuncture. I am so happy that I did. It is amazing and I wish I had done this earlier in life. Tara listened to my physical problems and we decided on what to start to heal first. I had just had a recent fall and my ankle needed some healing. I was also trying to stave off a summer bug of some sort. I was not full blown sick but could feel something scratchy my throat. She helped with both these illnesses and on my second treatment we tackled the anxiety. The treatment was stress free, relaxing, soothing, and very therapeutic both physically as well as mentally. I am sleeping much better, do not feel anxious anymore, and it has only been two treatments. She also made some amazing recommendations on supplements, all of them natural, and some that I was already taking. Her system of being able to read and obtain prescriptions is convenient, easy to use and tailored. No need to go to the pharmacist or search health and vitamin stores for best pricing anymore. My old discount nutrition center will miss me and not be happy, but I am very happy with her recommendations. Her ability to help people heal and the speed at which it takes place is invaluable to many on the road to physical recovery. I highly recommend AcuVitale if you are looking to make a health change for the better in your life, or if you are suffering from pain and do not want added side affects from western pharmaceuticals. There are so many things acupuncture can help and Tara is the expert. She is your absolute best option to help you on your journey to health and vitality and who does not want that? I am so appreciative!”

“Jill has it all, she’s to thank for my new lease on life. Aside from being so pleasant, she’s confident, kind, and supportive (and a tough little kick in the butt when I need it, too)! Thankful is all I can be besides happy.”

“Shawn is very easy to talk to and is quick to understand what you are trying to achieve and helping you take steps to be the person you want to be... I enjoyed our first session very much and it brought me a lot of perspective!”
