“Installed chandelier and recessed lights in high ceiling rooms, several fans and recessed lights in other rooms. Throughout the project there were some unknown situation happening, poor access via attic, or studs where we wanted to extend lights or narrow wall gaps for normal junction boxes to be installed, he always suggested the right options and found ways around the obstacles. Even the the challenges came that were unexpected he continued to work at agreed price for much longer than expected, even staying up as late as 11pm. He did very clean work and very professionally. Some of the lights were not ULnlisted and did not have junction boxes and he recommended to install them as is in attic and made sure everything was as per code. After doing the job right would clean up all the space and ceilings and everything cleanly. For the chandelier installation spent his own time renting truck and ladder to reach such high 20ft ceiling and since the chandelier setup took longer than a day even extended the rental. He is professional, knows what he is doing and does a nice clean job. He will not rush and will do things the right way.”
