“Sergey was able to get me a quote in the AM and come later in the day to remove a floating sink to install a single sink vanity and two pre-installed closet vanities. He even took the time to go to two Home Depot to get us a colored matching faucets. He’s prompt, professional and would clean up after his install. Highly recommend 💯”

“Nick and his assistant, Art, came to my house and did so many more things than I even planned for them to do. They were fast, efficient and professional. They install installed three door handles, a hanging mirror, moved a mattress from downstairs to upstairs, flipped the other two mattresses in the house so that they wear evenly, moved everything from one closet to another. They even shared some good ideas about the plumbing problem that I'm having even though they're not plumbers. They're just good problem solvers. I literally had to keep thinking of things for them to help with because they were so efficient. They're incredible value for the money and also just so nice to work with. I will be calling them again.”

“Had an issue on a Sunday installing a couple outdoor lights. Carlos arrived within the hour and was able to install them quickly and safely. Reasonably priced, highly recommended.”

“Modablock Construction is a company you can trust. Yurri completed our ceiling fan project quickly and had a special eye for detail. The original fan installation had some flaws which Yurri spotted immediately. I was so impressed with his work we discussed two more projects that we need to get done. Highly recommended.”

“Is very reliable and work was finished on time. Took great pride in the quality of work!”

“Aside from the fact he arrived late due to an issue with a prior job, he was very polite and professional and had my two curtain rods installed in 30 minutes. Will hire again for future projects.”
