“Really excellent service from start to finish. Had a whole house fan installed. The techs were knowledgeable, on time, and efficient during install. 10/10”

“David was really communicative prior to arriving to ensure he had all the tools needed. He was personable, and knowledgeable. He helped solve a lighting issue we’ve had for over a year.”

“We originally hired Jim Needham to replace our furnace and ductwork, but after multiple service visits and consistently poor workmanship, we decided to get a second opinion from Warm Welcome Home Services. From the moment Sincere arrived, he was more than just a sales consultanthe was a true advocate for us. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the work, identify every issue with the previous installation, and even helped us put together a detailed report documenting the mistakes so we could send it back to Jim Needham. He went above and beyond to help us without ever asking for a dime, and that level of honesty and integrity immediately earned our trust.Because of that experience, choosing Warm Welcome to correct the installation was an easy decision. Their team completely exceeded our expectations. They arrived at 8:00 AM and didn't leave until every issue had been corrected. After five years of living in a home that never cooled properlyand unknowingly masking the real problemwe finally have an HVAC system that works the way it should. Our house is cooling evenly for the first time since we've lived here.Sincere assembled an incredible team, including Will and Calvin, and I can't say enough good things about them. Will was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and continued helping us document the issues so we could pursue a full refund from Jim Needham. Calvin was one of the kindest technicians we've ever worked with. His workmanship was outstanding, and he kept us informed throughout the entire installation, explaining every correction they made and why it was necessary. After the frustrating experience we had with the Jim Needham, Warm Welcome restored our confidence. Every member of the team treated us with respect, listened to our concerns, and made sure the job was done rightnot just quickly.Five stars without hesitation. Warm Welcome has earned our business for life, and we'll be recommending them to everyone we know. THANK YOU Sincere, Will, Calvin, and the entire team for turning such a frustrating situation into an exceptional customer experience!”

“Installed my level2 home charger in what seemed like minutes and I’m charging my truck as I type this. This is a father and son company and I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs. Professionalism ✅, Punctuality ✅, Workmanship✅. They are extremely competitive with their pricing for the work you need to get done. Thank you very much for your work. Watts Up is what’s up!”

“It was a tricky job - a vintage light with failing transformers but tenacious Tim got it done despite lots of challenges.”

“It was a pleasure working with Doil. He is very knowledgeable, punctual and very professional. He installed all our Lutron smart switches in our home. He also installed our ceiling fans, chandeliers and Nest smoke alarms. When we needed to put in a washer and dryer in our basement, Doil used the best wires and electrical boxes in the market. We felt very safe because Doil made sure that everything was installed carefully and up to code, if not better! We highly recommend Doil in all the electrical projects in our home and our rentals. We are very fortunate to have found the best electrician!”
