Unfortunately, the issue returned within a couple of hours of Matt leaving. After my mother and I exhausted our troubleshooting options while keeping Matt updated by text, he offered to return that evening at 7 PM, free of charge. Despite a two-hour round trip commute, Matt arrived as promised at 7 PM and spent another 1.5 hours on the job. After climbing through the attic, rewiring switches, and realigning wires in the circuit panel, the issue was fixed. Matt demonstrated incredible integrity, professionalism, and accountability. He stood behind his work and came back after hours to make things right without expecting additional payment. That level of honesty and customer service is rare today.
