“When we realized batteries were needed to complete the digital lock installation, Alex didn’t hesitate. He went to Home Depot to pick them up and returned to finish the job without any inconvenience to us. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience exceptional. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with his work. We will absolutely be calling Alex for any future lock or door projects, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and knowledgeable service. Thank you, Alex, for your exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service and experience. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you. Michele and Brian M”
