“I struggled getting in touch with other potential contractors, but Marlon responded almost immediately to my request for a bid. He listened to what I was looking for, and even asked for pictures to make sure he understood the details clearly. He was able to provide a quote just through phone calls and texts, which was really convenient for me. I appreciated that he partnered with me to make the best choices for wood type and post styles, helping me understand what could work and what would look best. And he went above and beyond to make my vision a reality, even when we had to improvise on the day of the job to make things work. Marlon was able to schedule the job promptly, within my desired time frame. He showed up on time for every appointment we had, and he completed the work with high quality and care. Marlon and his crew were careful to protect my new hardwood flooring and surrounding walls from any damage, and they cleaned up everything after they finished their work. I am always cautious about selecting a contractor because I am so picky about work quality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marlon and his crew for your next stair railing project.”

“Had a great experience! He was very nice and explained the process of what would happen. He worked fast and efficiently, and was very respectful of my home and myself. Would definitely hire again.”
