“Bucket Listers has had the pleasure of experiencing corporate breathwork sessions with Yes Breathworks for about 6 months now and we'd highly recommend it ( especially for remote companies and organizations). Our team has had the privilege of participating in sessions led by Ashley, and the experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. Ashley is a phenomenal instructor. From the very start, her warmth, professionalism, and deep expertise put everyone at ease. She skillfully creates a safe, inclusive environment where each participant feels valued and comfortable, regardless of their prior experience with breathwork. We sought out a new wellness perk for our team as a way to elevate our team's well-being. Our team appreciates that the exercises are accessible, engaging, and incredibly effective at fostering both individual and collective prosperity at the top of our week.If you want your team to thrive both personally and professionally we cant recommend Yes Breathworks, and Ashley, highly enough. This is more than just a wellness initiative; its a transformative experience that truly makes a difference.Catherine Baptiste, People Operations | Bucket Listers”
