I wouldn't recommend anyone else but them for small across town move in Charleston. From the initial booking there was immediate response to any question or communication needed. The day of the move they were incredibly efficient and flexible to the inevitable personal chaos and back and forth that follows on a move day. They were also willing to help remove a tricky piece of tv wall mounting, help fix an issue with my blinds, and incredibly helpful after the fact locating something that got misplaced in the move. (Despite the fact that it was hours later!) Everything was packed safely and with immense care. The pricing structure was clearly communicated with no hidden fees, and reflected the same on the day of and initial booking. It truly makes everything so much easier when the people involved are genuinely good people, and far too often with moving companies it's just not the case, but here I couldn't have asked for better people to help!
