“Once he was in the basement he used his experience and equipment to look for and test for mold spores. He took two samples for subsequent testing, explained everything in detail, answered all question, and in a day or so, his comprehensive report. Mr Mold Inspector saved me what could have been thousands of dollars in flood damage and mold remediation, not to mention the health hazards this situation represents.I would not only recommend them to a friend or family members. Id use the firm again myself if needed after a home inspection detected possible mold.”

“In 2023, I contacted Precision for an air quality test which indicated high levels of particulates and radon. We worked with Assure to mitigate the radon and am so grateful we did! Turned out living with radon was like smoking a pack of cigarettes a day! Thankful to be able to breathe freely!”

“Very responsive and quality work. Thanks, Kevin!”
