“The VODA tech devoted far more time and energy than expected, and the shower looks great. Her attention to cleaning all the glass and Chromebook made a ten year old master shower look brand new! Proof that good people make the difference!!”

“A sump pump failure led to our basement flooding. We contacted RAM Restoration and they quickly assessed the situation and developed a recovery plan. Within a couple of hours, the RAM Restoration crew was onsite executing the plan. This included extracting the water, moving furniture, pulling carpet, discarding saturated padding, drying the basement floor, applying anti-microbial agent to eradicate potential mold growth, and used air mover axial fans to salvage the carpet. The entire RAM Restoration staff are professionals who know their trade. They provided us with a peace of mind during an extremely stressful event and Im very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend RAM Restorations services.”

“Excellent company! I used them twice and they did a thorough professional job both times. Excellent communication as well.My ceiling collapsed in March 2025, spreading insulation throughout my house. I already knew about Recovery Solutions (from a previous insurance claim), so I contacted them immediately and they were at my house first thing in the morning to evaluate the damage and start the cleanup. The insurance company considered all of my possessions contaminated and Recovery Solutions removed everything in an organized way and documented every detail. (I was told that this was essentially the same thing as fire damage and cleaning restoration.)Recovery Solutions was in charge of the ceiling reconstruction, painting, new flooring, etc. They made all the arrangements and I was happy, also, with the subcontractors that they used for specific issues. When everything was done Recovery Solutions moved all of my thoroughly cleaned possessions back into my home.Throughout the whole experience they were kind and understanding and always kept me informed.I had a basement flood the previous fall and had a different company do water mitigation. I have since realized that if I'd had Recovery Solutions there for the water mitigation they would probably have been able to salvage my photo albums, which the water mitigation company did not do. My insurance adjuster recommended Recovery Solutions for the reconstruction part of that claim and I was very impressed by their thorough understanding and excellent work, which is why I contacted them immediately when my ceiling collapsed.”
